How to Request a Refund

  4. We'll process your refund within 1-3 business days

  • Store credit applied to your USAFM account
  • Replacement item on your next order

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, partially consumed, or not stored properly. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been assigned to a shopper. Once shopping begins, cancellation may result in a partial refund depending on items already picked.
