What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order for delivery is $25.00. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Typical delivery windows are 1-3 hours after your order is placed.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Free in-store pickup is available during store hours. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Do you accept EBT/SNAP?
Yes, we accept EBT/SNAP for eligible food items both in-store and for online orders.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll issue a refund for that item. You can also set substitution preferences in your order.
How do gift cards work?
You can purchase digital gift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $75, or $100. Gift cards are sent via email and can be redeemed at checkout. Gift card balances never expire.
What is your return policy?
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
